Meet the Resident Manager
Dwayne Hallock was born in the small town of Port Jervis, NY on August 30th, 1976. Early on in life, Dwayne struggled with alcohol and drug addiction. He seemed to give up on life and his faith in God. Dwayne relocated to South Carolina in 2019. His drug addiction landed him in jail and treatment centers.
Dwayne arrived at Stepping Stones Ministry in January 2025. Since then, Dwayne has successfully completed the 90 day program, accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and has been baptized. Through hard work and trusting God as his Father, friend and teacher, Dwayne is now Resident Manager and a member of the Board of Directors for Stepping Stones Ministry. Dwayne attend Trinity Church and is a spiritual leader and a devoted father.
